Freedom Awaits You = I, me, myself, facilitator
Client = you, your, they, their
These terms and conditions govern your use of all the services provided by Freedom Awaits You and the use of the website. By booking or using my services or when using the website, you are confirming that you have read and understood and agreed to these terms below.
What happens in a Belief Coding Cognitive RewiringⓇ session, and client expectations during Belief CodingⓇ sessions
You will have booked a connection call prior to booking a session or programme with me. You will arrive at the session already knowing what discomfort you want to work on as discussed on the connection call. (If you have any questions, you can email me at jayne@freedomawaitsyou.co.uk
During the session, the client will be asked a number of questions to ascertain what emotions and limiting beliefs are at the root cause of this discomfort. A past experience (usually from childhood), which is the origin of the discomfort, will then be explored and reframed, and new empowering beliefs will be coded in. The client understands and accepts that they will be exploring subconscious parts of themselves in order to get to the root of their discomfort.
The client understands and agrees that the focus is on one specific discomfort per session, as we work on one specific discomfort at a time. If further discomforts come to light in the session, they will need to be addressed in a separate Belief CodingⓇ session. Some discomforts take more than one session to clear, and no guarantees can be made about how many sessions will be required.
General client responsibility
The client must be at least 18 years of age and must not use our services for any unlawful purposes.
When the client accesses any services provided by me, the process involves the client’s commitment, openness, honesty and desire to change. The client agrees to be open and to participate fully, following the process guided by me. The client takes full responsibility for their participation.
The client understands that results are not guaranteed. The client can stop engaging in services or sessions at any time.
The client agrees and understands that services provided by me are not to be a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals, and the client will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.
The client agrees to inform me of any mental health or medical diagnoses prior to accessing my services.
The client understands and agrees that I do not diagnose mental illness or provide crisis or mental health support. Nor do I provide ongoing mental health support. I am not medically trained nor am I a mental health professional, psychiatrist or psychologist. Belief Coding Cognitive RewiringⓇ, or any services I provide are not a substitute for medical help. It is not a cure, and a medically trained professional should always be the client’s first port of call. The client understands and agrees that they are responsible for their own mental health, wellbeing and any other health concerns and should seek professional help if they have concerns.
The client is responsible for supporting, creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Clients are also responsible for any decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the client agrees that I (Jayne Graham) am not, and will not be liable for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect results of the service provided by me.
If the client is unsure if they could hold themselves safely and support themselves responsibly if big emotions were to rise during participation in any services I offer, or after having a session/sessions then this may not be the right support for the client at this time.
If the client has significant unhealed childhood or active trauma that has never been addressed, then it may be best for the client to seek a trauma-informed trained professional as the first port of call. If you are unsure a connection call can be booked and we can discuss whether the approach I offer is right for you at this time.
Outcomes from receiving any services from me vary between clients, and I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Personal growth and transformation depend on many factors, including a person’s commitment, a person’s mindset, how deeply rooted the issues are, and a person’s individual situation.
Facilitator Responsibility
The facilitator agrees to communicate gently and honestly, and offer support and commitment with compassion throughout all services offered, to support the client to achieve positive change.
Booking and payment
A 10-minute connection call must take place before any 1:1 sessions can be booked and a longer connection call must take place before any programmes are booked. A connection call can be booked by emailing jayne@freedomawaitsyou.co.uk
After the discovery call, if both the client and I agree that a 1:1 session would help, then the client must pay in full at the time of booking. Any late payments may cause cancellation of the booking. For longer programmes, it may be possible to arrange paying in installments, but this is decided on a case by case basis, and cannot be guaranteed. It is something I am open to discuss with you on a connection call if you felt it would be helpful for you.
Cancellation and refund policy
If, for any reason, I have to cancel a session, then I will endeavour to provide the client with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and ask in courtesy that the client do the same. If the client has to cancel an appointment and the client gives more than 24 hours’ notice, the appointment can be rescheduled.
The client will not receive a refund if they miss a session, or if the client is a no-show or if they give less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. I will wait for 10 minutes before the client is noted as not turning up for the session. If the client is late, then that time is taken off their session time allocation.
Termination
I have the right to refuse or terminate a service at any time if these terms are broken or if abusive or inappropriate behaviour is used, or if you misuse or exploit my services.
Service, schedule and fees
Belief CodingⓇ sessions last for between 90 minutes – 135 minutes and will be pre-arranged at a time suitable for both facilitator and client. The session length depends on what the client’s subconscious gives us to work with during the session.
There will be three post-session check-ins initiated by me via message (text, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger), and these will occur 24 hours after the session, one week after the session, and four weeks after the session.
The payment for a single Belief CodingⓇ session is due in advance of the sessions at the time of booking. The same applies to programmes. In special circumstances payment options may be considered, this can be discussed and agreed based on individual circumstances.
Fees are clearly displayed on this website FreedomAwaitsYou.co.uk
Membership Community
I reserve the right to refuse any person access to the Membership Community and I can remove anyone from the community at any time with no explanation and with no notice.
I understand that the membership community is not a place for individual one to one support, counselling, help or coaching. It is also not an emergency service for mental health support. The work in the membership community is targeted generally to suit everyone in the community, I cannot offer a bespoke service targeted at individuals within this community setting. If you would like a bespoke one to one supported service, you can view my other services on my website. Anyone in the community that requires a significant amount of support that is specific to them which involves a lot of individually tailored advice at the cost of other community members getting the time they need to ask and have their questions being answered or my time being shared equally amongst all members, or any members who expect special treatment over and above what others in the community get will be removed from the membership with immediate effect.
If you require emergency, crisis or urgent tailored mental health, medical, emotional or wellbeing support you will need to access this elsewhere because the membership community does not provide this. You can find support via your GP, Mental Health Charities or out of hours NHS 24 services. (Or the equivalent in your country).
There may be some instances where I cannot comment on or advise you on your individual circumstances or questions if it is too personal. I do not tell you what to do, how to deal with personal situations in your life, or what actions to take. My role is purely as a facilitator to support you to access your own inner guidance and come to your own conclusions and decisions about your life and how to manage situations you face. You are solely responsible for your own actions, decisions, behaviour and reactions.
The membership can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing me. If you do cancel you will no longer have access to the membership from the date and time of the cancellation email.
Any subscriptions that are cancelled or lapsed but then renewed will be renewed at the current subscription rate at the time of renewing.
The content within the membership community must not be shared with anyone else and it remains the property of Freedom Awaits You.
No discounts or refunds will be issued to any members who don’t feel they get value or don’t use the membership, or who don’t attend the live sessions or who forgets about the membership.
The membership is renewed at the original price signed up for as long as no payments have lapsed or been missed.
Being a member of the membership does not guarantee any outcomes or progress in your growth and healing. Your growth and healing is determined by many factors and it is your responsibility.
Prior to entering the membership community, you will be given an electronic form to fill in and we will have a short 10 minute connection call. The client must ensure that the information they give is truthful, factually correct and that nothing is omitted and all details are correct.
If any changes in your circumstances or personal details change whilst you are in the membership community, either health, mental health, wellbeing, medication or demographic information, it is the clients responsibility to contact Jayne immediately to let her know. Any changes in your health, wellbeing or mental health may affect your access to the membership and you may be removed.
I cannot give any assurances that the content within the membership, the membership platform (which is a third party platform) will be completely free of disruption or glitches. All users take responsibility for their own IT security whilst using the membership and whilst using my website.
I reserve the right to increase prices at any time. However, if you remain in the membership, and no payments have been missed or lapsed, and you don’t leave the membership, you remain at the price that was agreed in the beginning.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All the information (documented or verbal) that the client shares with the facilitator as part of participating in services or receiving an individual session is private and confidential. I will not share it with anyone except if required by law or if there are safeguarding concerns. Please understand that under these conditions (legal and safeguarding), confidentiality may be broken.
I will gather and hold any personal identifiable information (name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email, emergency contact) and anything discussed inside the sessions, and none of this will be discussed outside of the session. There are, however, some exceptions to this. I may seek professional supervision as part of the facilitator’s continuing professional development to ensure that clients receive the best possible service, but any information discussed would be anonymous. Data and confidential information would also be shared if there were legal requirements to do so.
I will keep brief written notes (for insurance and legal reasons), which the client is welcome to see at any time. These records are maintained confidentially. At the end of the session/sessions together, these notes will be retained securely for five years, for insurance purposes, and in case the client wishes to return at a later date. After that time, they will be destroyed securely. If there is anything the client is not sure about, please ask the facilitator.
Sessions will be conducted via Zoom or other secure video conferencing platforms. While reasonable steps are taken to ensure confidentiality and security, no online platform can guarantee absolute privacy or protection against unauthorised access. By agreeing to online sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based communication. I am not responsible for any technical failures, data breaches or security issues from a third-party service provider.
In the event of a technical disruption, we will attempt to reconnect for up to 10 minutes. If reconnection is not possible, the session may be rescheduled.
Clients are required to and responsible for attending sessions from a private location with use of the internet.
Sessions will not be recorded unless agreed in advance.
